Q. Where do i add the details for customisation??
A. When you checkout you will see a box order notes or notes to seller please input any details in this box as pictured below.
Q. I have received my kit today and there’s lots of bubbles in it what should i do?
A. During transit and especially in cold weather decals will bubble. Don’t worry this is completely normal and we will show you how to resolve this in a quick video on our how to page.
Q. How can i print my invoice?
A. Log into your account and view your order history where you will find any invoices for purchases you have made. (if you used paypal express you can email us and we can forward your invoice)
Q. Whats the dispatch time on your orders?
A, We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days depending on how busy we are it may be longer or it may be shorter. (most orders are shipped within 2-3 days)
Q. Can i track my order?
A. If you have chosen to upgrade your postage to recorded delivery you can find your tracking info on your account page. All other mail is sent by standard hermes parcel.
Q. Can you make different signs for parking etc?
A. Yes of course, We can make signs to your specifications and colours just contact us.
Q. Do you supply correx boards?
A. We can supply correx boards but only in minimum quantity’s due to the fact they are so fragile and can be easily damaged during shipping.
Q. I would like a car decal but not sure if it will fit?
A. All sizes are listed on the items pages if you are unsure please measure your window to ensure it will fit.
Q. I ordered something by mistake what can i do?
A. Sadly we Don’t accept returns on most items as they are custom made but can under special circumstances accept non customised orders.
